| These figures are models of construction people made by the German company, Preiser.
Packaging
The figures come in a small box with a see-through window showing the figures inside.
Detail
Each of the six figures appears to be individually hand painted and they are moulded to include detail such as creases in the clothing. This set of figures are all construction workers and so they all wear helmets and most have high visibility clothing.
Features
The figures can be persuaded to stand on their own two feet, but they will fall over with the slightest touch. To display the figures a tiny amount of plastic putty under each foot helps the stability.
Quality
The figures are well made and painted, and complement 1:50 scale models.
Price
These models are perhaps a little expensive for what is offered but the cost probably reflects the amount of hand work used.
Overall
The figures will enhance a model collection if they are posed appropriately. An excellent enhancement would be if the limbs could be moved so they could be adjusted to suit a pose although this would be very difficult to provide in figures of this scale.
Footnotes
One figure is supplied with Conrad 2811, the Liebherr R966 Mining Shovel.
