| This hardback book is published by Nooteboom and it tracks the history of the company's products over the last sixty years.
Most of the first half of the book is devoted to a chronological history from 1953 to 2010 and includes the major products produced by Nooteboom. It commences with the ODU /ADU low loaders, and goes through extendible teletrailers, the interdolly programme, mega windmill transporters right up to the MCO-PX semi low loaders. There is text in Dutch and English describing the developments and there are many very good quality photos.
The rest of the book contains high quality more recent photos of various fields of application including wind energy and crane-loaded cargo amongst others. The photos are great although there is no supporting description or dates. At the end there are a couple of pages of 'advertorial' about Nooteboom's services and there are some loading tables and diagrams for various trailer configurations.
The quality of the book is very high and it is printed on nice glossy paper. It is an interesting combination of history and great heavy haulage photos and so is easy to highly recommend to anyone interested in this machinery, and the Nooteboom company.
