It is a video catalogue of the evolution of the JCB Backhoe Loader from the original Trencher through the Mark 1, Hydradigger and over 20 versions of the digger up to the JCB 4CX. Nearly all the versions are accompanied by contemporary film of restored or current machines actually working.
The film quality is generally very good and it includes close-ups of the machinery and views from inside the cab.
This is an informative DVD for anyone interested in JCB and the history of the development of the backhoe loader. As the catalogue is comprehensive and goes back to the earliest machines, it is perhaps more engaging than a book would be. It is recommended to anyone with a particular liking for JCB machines.
