This DVD is by Steven Vale and is a Region 2,4 PAL video in English.

This fourth disc in the Massive Machines series is filmed in Spain and covers coal mines and a talc mine.

The video concentrates on large hydraulic excavators and there is ample film of the Hitachi EX5500 and EX3600, the Komatsu PC3000 and the Liebherr 994B.  In addition to the machines loading large haul trucks there is film from the operator's cab.

Among the other machines featured are large wheel loaders including the Komatsu WA600 and WA800, and the Caterpillar 992G.  Haul trucks shown are the Cat 777C and 789C, and the Komatsu HD985.

As with the other titles in the series, the quality of the filming and sound recording is very good.  The commentary voiced by David Holt has lots of interesting detail about the machines and the operation of the mines.

The DVD also has a short 'extras' section showing some retired old machines parked up at one of the mines.

This DVD is highly recommended to anyone wanting to see these machines at work.
