This accessory is a crawler track assembly from the Liebherr LR 1600/2 base model.
Packaging
The track comes in a NZG-styled box and it is well wrapped in a clear bag, with cling film on the track shoes.
There were no defects or missing parts in the review model.
Detail
The metal track pads are finely made and are mounted on the track frame which includes tiny rollers. Each pad hooks into the next so it is a fiddly job to re-assemble if they come apart but for all practical posing positions the system is fine.
Details on the frame are good and include soft hydraulic hoses to the drive motors.
A particularly nice detail is the usable lifting shackles.
A bag with four fixing bolts is also included.
Features
The tracks roll well when turned by hand. They are mounted on spring loaded sprockets to maintain tension.
It can be used as a load for a crane or as a load for suitable heavy haulage.
Quality
This is a high quality part with very good paintwork and graphics.
Price
It is reasonable value.
Overall
This a very nice quality part which poses well as a crane load or on heavy haulage. It is highly recommended.
