The COBUS 3000 is an airport bus with a passenger
capacity of 110 persons.
Packaging
The model comes in a Cobus branded box and is contained
within a pair of clear plastic formers.
There
were no missing parts or defects on the review model.
There is no information about the model or the real bus.
Detail
Underneath, the modelling is simple with no detailing on
the base plate. The wheels have resin tyres and
coloured hubs.
At the front the detailing is good with a small beacon
light and there are wipers on the windscreen. The
grille is formed well and inside the driver's area is
detailed.
The sides of the bus have some subtle detailing
including some tiny orange lights, sharp graphics, and
doors. The windows are tinted and interior detail
can be seen inside.
The roof has nice detailing of the air conditioners.
At the back there is another beacon light, and the rear
lights are detailed very well.
Features
The axles spin freely and the model rolls well in a
straight line.
Quality
This is a good quality NZG model.
The graphics and paintwork are very good.
Price
The model is reasonable value.
Overall
This is a nice small promotional model by NZG, and it
would look good in a diorama with other models in the
same 1:87 scale.
