Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Company is a Chinese manufacturer
of access platforms and their products are sold worldwide.
The JCPT1412DC Scissor
Lift has a working height of 13.8 m, and it weighs around 2.9 tonnes and the unrestricted platform capacity is
320
kg.
Packaging
The box design is simple with Dingli branding. Inside,
the model is held within expanded polystyrene trays.
There were no defects or missing parts on the review model.
There is no information about the real machine and the box
does not name the model maker, although it is understood
to be ShangJia.
Detail
There is no detail underneath the chassis. The
small rubber tyres and wheels look realistic.
The body casting has some panels and controls
detailed within the casting, and there are detailed warning
graphics. A fixed access ladder is provided at one
end.
The
scissor arrangement is made with nicely painted metal
parts with the rivets being a reasonable model
compromise.
The basket is metal with a smooth floor. The hand
rails are also metal and there are plastic control
boxes. Graphics around the basket are sharp and
clear.
Features
The wheels roll well. There is steering on one axle and
it turns to a good angle.
The scissor mechanism works well and it can be posed at
any height.
The basket has an extending section.
Quality
This
is a heavy model which is nearly all metal.
The paintwork and graphics are very good.
Price
Although not generally available for sale the
value is reasonable
based on Chinese pricing.
Overall
This is a well-made model and a nice
representation of the real machine.
