Nuremberg Toy Fair 2010
Editorial February 2010

The 2010 edition of the Nuremberg Toy Fair was held between the 4th and 9th February, and this year was the 61st anniversary.  As usual the show is packed full of toys of every shape and size, and the same can be said of the people attending it as they come from all over the world.  The exhibition centre is having construction work so it promises to be bigger and better in future.  As for exhibitors, over 2000 turned up this year and most of the usual names in the construction and heavy haulage scale model sector were there.

However a few decided not to display, most notably YCC, Lion Toys and Tekno. First Gear were also not represented.  The other attendees nearly all had something new to show and this being a year in which there is a BAUMA exhibition, you can be sure more new models will be announced in April.
